INTEGRATION OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Full-Time position in Valencia, SPAIN / Remote

We seek an Integration Operations Specialist to join our team in providing life-changing services for rural homes in sub-Saharan Africa and Asia. We make software that allows distributors to offer those essential services affordably using mobile payments to over 1.000,000 people, adding hundreds more every month.

As an Integration Operations Specialist, you will help us build functional systems that improve customer experience by deploying product updates, identifying production issues and implementing custom workflows and integrations that meet customer needs and meet the overall goal of implementing custom technologies and third-party software integrations that also require specific monitoring for our most strategic clients. We hope to achieve more impact with an extra person on board!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for Custom-workflow and integration operations by ensuring the successful ongoing operation of custom workflows and integrations between PaygOps and 3rd-party services, taking into account the solution’s performance, end-user experience, security risks and infrastructure

  • Advise the Solution Specialists and Integration Developers at the design and implementation stages with regard to operational best practices and risks

  • Responsible for integrations and requirement collections by maintaining Integrations and custom workflows

  • Overviewing the monitoring and support of Custom-workflow and integration Operations Monitoring

SKILLS:

  • English proficiency

  • Python and Bash knowledge is a must

  • Basic knowledge of API testing tools (e.g. postman, etc.)

  • Knowledge of Prometheus/Grafana is a plus

  • Critical Thinking

  • Complex Problem Solving

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable working independently, as well as part of a team.

  • Location: Anywhere if you are in a home office / remote setting (as long as your working schedule can match a Central European Time Zone) or at our offices in Valencia, Spain
